Earlier this year, many of you contacted your
members of Congress and urged them to co-sponsor the International Violence
Against Women Act (I-VAWA), a bill which will help prevent violence against women and
girls overseas.
While some of the members have heeded this call, we
need to get more legislators to support the bill in order for it to have a
chance of passing. Let your Representative and Senators know that you want them
to support this bill by taking action here.
