Pastor Anne and her dog Ben's 100 mile walk for the ELCA World Hunger Appeal!
Our dog Ben loves to walk, and with his help, we are raising funds for ELCA World Hunger. Starting June 15th and hopefully reaching our goal by or beyond by Labor Day weekend, we will walk each week until we get to a total of at least 100 miles. Support our walking by giving to ELCA World Hunger! Our goal is to raise at least $1,000 -- but we believe we can raise even more with your help. We already have received $100 in less than 3 days! Thank you!
God richly provides for our daily bread. The earth can produce enough to feed everyone. And yet 870 million people, one out of nine people in our world today, are hungry. Let’s roll up our sleeves and get to work.
Please help me reach my goal by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation today. Through our efforts, you and I are part of making a difference and pursuing a world of justice where all are fed. Together, we accomplish much more than we ever could do alone.
Thank you for joining me and for your support, for every gift truly matters!

About ELCA World Hunger
As a long-standing presence in communities in nearly 60 countries, including the United States, ELCA World Hunger is deeply relational and rooted in listening. We steer clear of “one-size-fits-all” answers and have enormous respect for local context, local expertise and local ingenuity. Your gifts support tailored solutions – in areas like health, water, income, education, food security, and more – that can put an end to hunger for the long term.
The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) is one of the largest Christian denominations in the United States with more than 3.8 million members in 10,000 congregations across the nation and the Caribbean.
