God has abundantly blessed us and this event reminds me to count my blessings and then share them. God has provided all that is "daily bread" for me and may God provide for others through my willingness and encouragement to give and raise awareness of the needs of people all around the world who struggle with issues related to hunger and poverty.  

I read recently how much has changed in the last 3+ decades I have been alive in the number of people who are hungry and in poverty. Much progress has been made!  Many have been fed and some cycles that perpetuate the problems have been changed. There are still many who would benefit from more resources and attention to the current situation and issues that are a struggle. 

You can help me reach my financial goal by supporting my fundraising efforts with a donation today. You can also make a difference by growing in awareness and joining efforts to impact the world to be a place where all are fed. This is work that is good and pleasing to God who calls us to love and serve our neighbor and to take care of the poor, widow, orphan, and alien among us.
