Making a gift and finding pages
How do I make a gift/donation to a missionaries fundraising page?
From the ELCA Missionaries home page, select “Donate” on the top-right side of the page. From there, use the text box to type in the name of the missionary you’re looking for and click “Search.” On the results page, locate the correct person and click on their name, which will take you to their personal fundraising page. Select the “Donate Now” button, and the contribution you make will count toward their goal and display on their personal fundraising page. Please note that these pages are set up only to receive donations from individuals. If you’re giving on behalf of a congregation or other organization, please visit ELCA.org/MissionaryGiving or call us at 800-638-3522 to give via phone or receive information about other giving methods.
How do I make an anonymous gift/donation to someone’s page?
When completing the donation forms, you will be asked if the contribution should remain anonymous. Simply check this option.
How do I find a specific person’s fundraising page?
It’s easy to support any of the ELCA’s missionaries. Simply visit our “Donate” page and search for the individual by name.
How will my gift be acknowledged?
After contributing to a specific missionary’s fundraising page or the ELCA missionary program, you will receive an email with gift information, along with a message from the ELCA. This email will be sent to the email address you provided at the time you made your donation, and can be used for tax purposes.
Why don’t I see a gift made through another giving method appear on the giving page?
We are so grateful for your generous support of the global work of the church. Gifts made through other giving methods (other online pages, check, phone call) do not appear on individual giving pages. Be assured that the missionary has been notified of your generosity regardless of your giving method. All gifts given in a missionary’s name count toward their overall fundraising total!

When you register or donate through the ELCA Missionaries fundraising site, we use secure forms to collect your personal information. Your privacy is important to us, and we guarantee your information is secure. If you have any questions, please call us at 800-638-3522, ext. 2820.
